Message	CA cops cannot enforce Canadian law on a Canadian car, even if the car is in CA. They just don't have jurisdiction, even if they knew what Canadian law was. I went through Nebraska without a front plate. You need a front plate in IL and NE both, be the cop flat out told me he can't do anything about that. There is no federal or international law regarding window tint, to my knowledge. - John
